Getting Started

I first discovered TribalVision through a job posting on LinkedIn. As I browsed through the company’s website, I was excited at the possibility of working with other passionate, results-driven individuals. TribalVision seemed to offer an environment in which I would be able to quickly grow my marketing toolbox, while making an immediate impact on my clients. When I met Younes and the rest of the New York team, my first impression was confirmed. I could see the passion and dedication I had read about online, when each team member shared with me their experience at TribalVision. I left more confident than ever that TribalVision was a good fit for me. From my first day in January 2015, I have been involved in client management, strategy development, and tactic implementation. In a few short months I have become a strong marketer and gained many tactical skills. I look forward to continuing to learn from my colleagues and help my clients exceed their goals.

My Interests

I am always looking for the next adventure. Since moving to New York, I have started a “NYC bucket list” jar. As I hear about an interesting thing to do or place to visit, I write it down on a slip of paper and put it in the jar. Whenever I have some free time, I pick a slip of paper and see where it takes me. I’m excited to experience all New York has to offer!

And of course, I never miss a chance to cheer on my UConn Huskies!

My Favorite Projects

On my first day at TribalVision, I attended a discovery meeting with a new client. This gave me a deep understanding of the client, his business and his goals. Following this meeting I carried out extensive research into the market, which we used to identify where we could make the most impact. Next we identified the best ways to go about making that impact, and began implementation.

I found this project rewarding because it was my first chance to see and participate in the TribalVision process from start to finish. It felt great to provide more than just the traditional marketing tactics. We identified opportunities for growth and provided an executable plan for achieving those opportunities. I gained significant industry knowledge and experience in several new marketing tactics. Most importantly, I was able to see the positive effects our work had on our client and his business.
