I remember TribalVision when it was…well, a vision. I had met Chris Ciunci during a meeting at a previous employer and was immediately impressed with his vision and determination to create a company that focused on helping clients get the most ROI for their marketing dollars – no fluff, just reality. Two years later, our paths crossed and we immediately remembered each other. The rest is history. My first days at TribalVision were challenging and full of energy, and I’ve never looked back. It’s a very fast-paced environment that fosters creativity, mutual respect and a genuine interest in client success. In my case, it has been the ultimate environment to test my knowledge and expertise.
Professionally, I have always loved marketing and learning about the latest industry trends and technologies, and how to apply them in an impactful way. I believe in the power of social media and have experienced first-hand how it can build strong long-term relationships, drive new business and provide a form of real-time education that never existed before.
Personally, I love to travel to new places with my family and try things that scare me. The latest was zip lining with my 12-year old daughter. I was terrified (she was not), but I completed a full three-hour course walking on tight ropes, across logs and swinging onto planks high in the air. Whenever I can, I try to read both business and fiction (Stephen King and Dean Koontz are my favorites), and you can ask me about nearly any movie and I can tell you about it.
Learn something new every day, and do things outside of your comfort zone because that’s where life really exists.
My Favorite Project
I’ve enjoyed all the projects I’ve been on to date. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the work I performed for a technology company to launch initiatives for a recently acquired product. The project consisted of juggling aggressive deadlines, overseeing a diverse array of external partner talent, managing client expectations and working closely with my teammates to deliver on time and within budget. Looking back, the experience sharpened my communication, organizational and account management skills.
What’s also noteworthy is that most of the clients I am working with are fairly new, so I am witnessing the impact of our strategic initiatives happening first hand. It’s an amazing experience seeing it all come to fruition!
